Our Story

The Beginning:

From an early age, I always enjoyed playing sports and being active but as high school approached, I completely lost all interest in all team sports. I become sedentary, my diet consisted of packaged goods, and my motivation at an all time low.

In the months leading up to my big move from Seattle to San Diego for university, I knew I had to make a shift if I wanted to survive the shirtless coastline. I had 6 months to make a big shift in my life, not only physically but also mentally. My approach was aggressive and extreme, I was dead-set on dropping nearly 20lbs and finally getting the six pack I desired for so long. Long story, short, within 90 days, I had 2 visible abs (big win), 6 months in and I had achieve my initial goal of six pack (absolutely unreal feeling).

Over the past 5 years, my approach to transforming my own body along with thousands of others has changed drastically.

Fit N Simple -- the simple approach to fitness -- is made built on 3 key principles: Consistency, Balance, and Hard Work. It took years of extremes (good and bad) to create an approach to fitness that is sustainable, enjoyable, and works for nearly everyone. It will help you become leaner, stronger and more confident each and every week… all while enjoying your life.

I've racked my brain trying dozens of meal plans, workout protocols, and programs but finally developed a system that is personal to you. I'm going to give you the tools and guidance necessary to achieve any fitness goal you have... it's up to you to see how bad you really want it.

In October 2017, we launched a special feature on Facebook Messenger that quickly became a staple in many peoples routine. Within 2 quick years, we had gone global with nearly 1.7 million people using our proven fitness system. In 2019 alone, our audience completed 50 million workouts (absolutely crazy).


Our mission has always been to cut through the bullsh*t of the industry and make fitness simple again. Too many people complicated each aspect of living a healthy life that nothing actually gets accomplished. We are results driven and will always tell you like it is (even if its the harsh truth).


We've spent the 6 years putting in the work at the gym and constantly studying new research articles covering training, nutrition, and supplementation to bring you the ultimate fitness programs and supplements (coming soon)...
